Home2 Suites By Hilton® Opens Second Property In Texas
The Home2 Suites Dallas/Frisco is the first Home2 hotel in the Dallas-Fort Worth metro area
MCLEAN, Va. - Home2 Suites by Hilton, the award-winning mid-tier, all-suite hotel brand designed for modern business travelers and extended-stay guests, today announced the opening of its thirteenth U.S. hotel in Frisco, Texas, a suburb of Dallas. The hotel joins 12 other Home2 Suites already open in Fayetteville, N.C.; Layton, Utah; Baltimore, Md.; San Antonio, Texas; West Valley City, Utah; North Charleston, S.C.; Lexington Park, Md.; Jacksonville, N.C.; Nashville, Tenn.; Biloxi, Miss.; Charlotte, N.C.; and Columbus, Ga.

The five-story, 122-suite hotel is located at 2000 Parkwood Blvd., Frisco, Texas, and is situated near Highway 121 and the Dallas North Tollway, providing easy access to Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport, Downtown Dallas and major businesses including, ThyssenKrupp, Oracle, Hewlett Packard, Frito Lay, PepsiCo, and Ericsson corporate headquarters. Nearby attractions include the Dr Pepper Arena, the Dr Pepper Ballpark, FC Dallas Stadium, Stonebriar Centre Mall and the Shops at Legacy. The property is owned by Shinn-Stonebriar Hospitality and managed by Magnolia Lodging, LLC.

The hotel provides the latest in extended-stay living with a combination of modern amenities and the trademark comforts standard at all Home2 Suites hotels: the Oasis lobby area, the Home2 MKT for grab-and-go items, Spin2 Cycle and the "Inspired Table" daily complimentary breakfast. The Home2 Suites Frisco also features an outdoor saline pool, an exercise trail that winds around the property, and a covered patio with gas grills for al fresco dining and relaxation. Eco-friendly touches include water-conserving dual-flush toilets, on-site recycling and green building materials, such as recycled wall vinyl.
Home2 Suites by Hilton currently operates 13 hotels and has nearly 70 properties in the development pipeline.
